Lorraine Affourtit publishes article in peer-reviewed journal

Lorraine's article, "Paradoxes of Trace and Erasure: Reading Derrida through Kentridge" was published in the journal 2014 edition of Semiotics. Lorraine delivered this paper at the 2014 Semiotics Society of America conference in Portland, Oregon and was invited to submit it for peer-review in the journal. In this essay, Lorraine attempts to read the Derridian theory of the trace through contemporary artist William Kentridge's 1994 film Felix in Exile.
