Tatiane Rosa completes Whitney Museum Independent Study Program

PhD Candidate in Visual Studies, Tatiane Santa Rosa completed the 2018-19 Whitney Museum's Independent Study program this May 2019. After a year participating in the program as a fellow in the ISP's Critical Studies track, Tatiane presented a paper titled "The Undoing of Celebrations: Art and the Myth of Racial Democracy in Brazil" at the 2019 ISP Symposium, which took place at the Whitney Museum. The paper is part of Tatiane's dissertation research.
