Brinker Ferguson Presented Two Papers at the Museum Computer Network Conference in Dallas Texas

Brinker presented two papers at this year’s Museum Computer Network Conference in Dallas Texas. The title of her papers were “Mesh Networks: Creating DIY Mobile Connections In-Gallery” and “The Cyborg Manifesto: Transparency in Conservation Labs through Wearable Tech and Augmented Reality Tools,” (a nod to UCSC’s Donna Haraway).  She also co-chaired the “women in technology” panel along with Emily Lytle-Painter, senior content manager at LACMA.
