The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation has awarded Sara Blaylock (PhD Candidate 2011) a Research Fellowship for International Graduate Students to conduct final dissertation research in Berlin from September to December 2016. The foundation, based in Germany, is one of the largest political education institutions in the country with offices worldwide, which supports progressive politics and scholarship.
