Critical Issues and Professional Practices in Visual Studies

Course introduces students to contemporary professional practices and production of art historical and visual cultural knowledge. Instructor will lecture on a given topic and students will engage in discussion, based on the required readings and lecture. Occasional guest speakers or fieldtrips (as appropriate to a given course topic) might be included.
